Q1.Are you a factory? Can I go to the factory for inspection?
A1: We have three production and processing factories, which have been
established for more than ten years. A large number of customers
come to inspect the factory every year, and we sincerely welcome
you to visit our company.
Q2. What if we won't install it?
A2: We have the most professional installation engineers can cooperate
with on-site installation services.And if you are worried about
language barriers, we can also send translators to work with
engineers.
Q3. Our venue is small and do not know how to solve it?
A3: We have professional technicians who can tailor products for you.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us for any questions, we will
provide you with the most reasonable solution.
Q4. What kind of Powder Coating machine you can supply?
A4: We could supply the customized design for all the sizes of the work
piece you produce.
Q5. How about the delivery time?
A5: The paint booth need about 30 work days from the design to the end
of the producing process.
Q6. How to pay the deposit?
A6: We do the international trade by T/T uaually, 30%T/T for the
deposit, 70% T/T for the balance.
L/C is also acceptable. And we welcome you to coming and checking
the quality of the equipment, we will pre install the main parts of
the paint booth in our work shop.
Q7. What about the guarantee period?
A7: You will have 12 months guarantee time for the paint booth, if the parts broken as our mistake, we will send you by DHL. But
as we do the pre install before the loading, so this situation
won't happen we believe.
After one year, if you still have any help about the equipment,
please feel free to contact us at any time, as we will supply you
lifelong service.
